I'm on the Jen Fe Patch and have been since end of August 2006. I've lost 20 lbs and 40 inches so far. I went from a 20Womens to a 16 misses in jeans and I just brought my dress for Easter and it was a 14 Misses. I noticed as of my 7th month on it that I'm making healthy eating choices and don't have the cravings for sugar and carbohydrates. I used to watch a couple of times a night and now I sleep soundly all night. I have lots of energy and I'm out all the time talking to people about the patch. I used to have to have at least 3 days a week at home in order to just go out and do my weekly errands and I didn't want to go anywhere. I feel like I got my life back because of the patch.

I started the patch a week ago, I Have lost 5 pounds. I do walk although I really don't watch what I eat. I'm gonna continue with the patch, I'm looking to lose 35 more pounds.

I have been using the patch and their other products for a year and I lost my cravings for the foods that put the weight on in the first place. I have anm also very satisfied with the results from many of their other products I have tried. I would recommend their products especially the patch to anyone.

I have started the patch in November right before Thanksgiving. I had gained 10 pounds in a small amount of time and was looking for something simple, not a pill, not a shake, something that was effortless. Since then its December 27, 2005 and I have lost 4 pounds but moreover I have lost about 3 inches and my muscles in my arms are more definite. I have more energy and I don't exercise. I don't diet, but I don't have too much cravings and I get full pretty quickly. I am anxious to see how much more inches and pounds I can shed. I am 5'5 and 158 pounds and in between a size 8-10. My goal is to be a size 6. Mind you, a size 10 was getting pretty snug on me. So overall, I think it is a good investment. Plus, no hassle ...

I started on the patch in January 2005. To date, November 26, 2005, I have lost 48 pounds and I went from a size 16 to an 8. I did not exercise. I did drink lots of water. The weight loss was very very slow in the beginning but it did what it said it would. It preserved my lean muscle. I still weigh 160 pounds. I am 5'6 and a size 8. My massage therapist cannot believe how my muscle attachments are and how my range of motion has improved. I feel incredible and will never go without this wellness patch. It gave me the will power to do what I needed to do. I did not start out with a diet at all. I let the patch change my eating habits for me. It works awesome!

I am about 10 pounds over weight and struggle endlessly to keep those ten pounds off. After 2 weeks with this patch I lost 4. I eat less and have twice the energy without all of the shaking and jitters. I want to do this wihtout starving myself and pushing myself to overeat. Recently I ran out of the patches and decided I would try it alone. After a week I have had trouble getting out of bed I am so tired. I came to this site to research a cheaper patch, I am reading into the common ingredients. I have heard of some that are 1/2 that price and just as effective. I would recommend this patch to anyone with weight or energy issues.

I've been overweight since graduating from University six years ago. I assume it was my poor diet (fast food) and lack of exercise that caused me to put the pounds on. So just last fall I decided to seriously do something about my weight. I researched a number of options including diet pills and weight loss plans but decided to give the patch a try.
I should mention while using the patch I made an effort to exercise a little and drink a lot of water. I work on the 16th floor in an office tower downtown so my morning and mid-day exercise consists of nothing more than climbing 16 flights of stairs.
Since using the diet patch and putting in that extra little bit of exercise I've managed to lose 20 lbs. To be honest I was hoping to lose more but I have to admit I haven't been eating too well. I'm still a sucker for fast food at lunch. My new year's resolution for this year was to change my diet and eating habits. So for the next few months I'm going to continue with the Jen Fe Patch, continue exercising, and begin eating healthier. We'll see what happens :-)
