The reason we gain weight is a simple one; if we eat more calories than we expend with physical activity, we will gain weight! But the reasons for America's obesity epidemic are more difficult to pinpoint. I'd argue some of the reasons we put on the pounds is rooted in the way society has changed over the last decade or so. Today we've become used to driving the car everywhere, as opposed to walking to the local market; watching TV indoors, instead of playing ball in the park; and ordering fatty fast food, as opposed to cooking a healthy meal at home.

To curb weight gain takes some serious lifestyle changes and complete commitment to our goals. A move to healthy food choices and an active lifestyle is key, a move I'll be first to agree is not easily done without help! Luckily there are products on the market today which can assist us in reaching our weight loss goals. One of the products which many people find works well for them is the diet patch.
