The reason we gain weight is a simple one; if we eat more
calories than we expend with physical activity, we will gain weight! But
the reasons for
America's obesity epidemic

loss patches allow you to easily and comfortably eat less - thereby
reducing calories consumed; and by boosting metabolism and enhancing
energy levels, diet patches make you expend more calories, including
calories stored in fatty tissue. After a few days on the diet patch you'll
find you eat less because you feel full, and you'll have more energy with
which to use in physical activities, even if it's a leisurely stroll
around the neighborhood.
Using diet patches is easy, simply place the patch anywhere on the body.
Your skin slowly absorbs the all-natural ingredients from the diet patch
transdermally (absorbed through skin) and puts them to work right away.
Then every 1 to 3 days, depending on the diet patch used, replace the
patch with a new one. Couple this with 8-10 glasses of water a day, a
